Seminar - Vive up your neighborhood!
This weekend workshop is meant to help leaders of localboards and everybody who wants to vive up or revive the neighborhood.It will take place 26 - 28. August 2016.
For whom is this workshop designed?
This workshop will be perfect for you, when you want to shape your neighborhood. We show you how to do that. We will work together with you on your particular neighborhood and devlope tailor made solutions for your neighborhood.
What is the goal of the weekend?
It’s the goal of the weekend to create a detailed plan for the next 180 days on how to vive up the neighborhood.
We are looking forward to a weekend between likeminded neighborhood enthusiasts.
How does it work exactly?
Tag 1: 26 August 2016: Vision
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm your vision for your neighborhood
Tag 2: 27 August 2016: 180 days to vive up your neighborhood - potentials and opportunities
10:00 am - 12:30 pm existing ressources and missing parts
12:30 pm - 13:30 pm lunch break
13:30 pm - 15:00 pm Uhr Modul I: Basics
15:00 pm- 15:30 pm break
15:30 pm - 17:00 pm Modul II : organize neighborhood events succesfully / forum of the heroes of the neighborhood
17:00 pm - 17:30 pm break
17:30 pm - 19:00 pm Modul III : Build local boards, ressources, platform, financials
Day 3: 28 August 2016: Seperate Coachings
On Sunday we will go into separte coachings. In order to accomplish the final concept each neighborhood will be discused for 30 Minutes.
10:00 am - 2:00 pm Separate case coaching by Jan or Volker
